Connekt EV Charging Launches Inaugural Rapid Charging Hub on the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond

Connekt EV Charging Launches First Rapid Charging Hub at Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond

Connekt EV Charging, a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, has inaugurated its first rapid charging hub at the prestigious Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond. This development marks a significant step in Connekt's strategic plan to establish 100 rapid charging hubs across the UK, enhancing the nation's EV infrastructure.

Johnny Manning, Connekt Founder & Managing Director

The newly installed hub features two direct current (DC) chargers, offering a total of four connectors: one 60kW rapid charger and one 120kW rapid charger. These facilities enable EV drivers to gain approximately 100 miles of range in just 35 and 25 minutes, respectively, providing a swift and efficient charging experience.

This initiative builds upon Connekt's previous collaboration with Cameron House, where 24 EV chargers were installed across four strategic locations within the resort.

The addition of the rapid charging hub underscores both organisations' commitment to promoting sustainable travel and supporting the growing adoption of electric vehicles.
