How to use our chargers

Charging with Connekt takes three steps, whichever way you choose to pay.

  1. 01

    Plug in

    Park in a marked EV bay and connect the charging cable to your car. Some chargers have a tethered cable; at others, use your own.

  2. 02

    Start your charge

    Every Connekt charger shows how to pay on its signage. Choose whichever suits you:

    • Get Connekted app: our lowest rate

      Scan the QR code on the charger, download the app and start, stop and track your charge from your phone.

    • QR Quick Pay: no app needed

      Scan the Quick Pay code at your socket and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

    • Contactless: at larger sites

      Tap your card on the payment device on the charger or at the payment kiosk, then select your charger.

  3. 03

    You’re good to go

    Enjoy your visit while your car charges, then unplug and drive away. If anything goes wrong, our UK driver support team is on hand 24/7.
