The RAD Hotel Group, renowned for its award-winning venues and exceptional hospitality, partnered with Connekt to install 24 EV charging connectors across six of their hotel locations. Founded in 1999, the RAD Hotel Group began with the Lochside House Hotel, which quickly became an award-winning wedding destination. Over the years, the group has grown to include nine stunning venues, each recognized for impeccable service, quality interiors, and a relentless focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Completing the project within a tight timeframe while ensuring minimal disruption to RAD’s high-profile operations was critical. Connekt’s consultative approach and expertise in working with operational venues ensured the project was delivered on time and to the highest standard.

"We were absolutely honoured to support RAD Group with this installation. We centred our proposal around customer dwell times at the RAD venues, and also the locations of those venues as a whole. Connekt's 22kW chargers are perfect for most hotel guests, allowing them to arrive, plug in and know that our Fast Chargers are getting to work, giving them a solid 180 miles of range over a 2-hour charge. And in some of the venues we opted for 40kW chargers to increase that charging speed even further."
